Excellent service from the whole team at Memorial of Distinction. They answered all our questions quickly by phone or email however daft they were. They gave regular updates on progress and even in these Covid times turned the stone round in the quoted time. The headstone and edging look amazing as well as the price being very competitive. Can recommend Memorials of Distinction without hesitation. A wonderful team who made the whole process very manageable and less daunting, resulting in a beautiful memorial stone for my parents. It’s the little things that matter. Every member of staff that I had the pleasure to speak to far exceeded my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble, and the feeling of never being rushed, added to the overall good experience. We chose a pearl blue granite stone, which looks even better in reality. The finished result, including the cropping of photo to remove a hand and arm proved to be an excellent final touch, something we didn’t expect at all. So to say we are pleased with the overall service would be an understatement. MOD and the extended team provided an excellent service, and would highly recommend them.

This was a renovation at Woodwells Cemetery, Hemel Hempstead, Herts.

What a great company to deal with. From ordering to the installation they have been clear and true to their word all the way through. We initially thought it would make more sense to sort through a local company as Memorials of Distinction are a couple of hours away from where we live. However we soon realised after talking to them that that this was not a problem and it was so easy to deal with them with email updates followed by receipts by post. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

We can not recommend Memorials of Distinction highly enough. As a family we wanted to order two memorials for two cemetery family plots, this could have been very stressful. From the moment of making the initial phone call to book an appointment at the Dunstable branch to completion of the memorials, the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful with a good knowledge to advise on how the end product would look. This was all during the COVID pandemic and although there was a delay at the docks on the material being delivered we were constantly kept updated with the progress. Now the memorials have been placed we could not be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship and without doubt would certainly recommend this company. Many thanks to all staff involved.

An excellent service. They have designed three beautiful bespoke memorials on my guidelines – two not based on anything in their catalogue – and were always very prompt, friendly, and helpful with their advice. I am more than satisfied with the results. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This is to say thank you to the whole team, from the staff answering the phone (was surprised how knowledgeable, efficient and helpful they were and I called more than once) to person responsible for design and layout (thank you so very much! Thank you for allowing me to make changes and let me see different options before making a final call. Absolutely recommend this company who were recommended to me. Cannot fault them in any way. Everything went smoothly and on time. No complaints at all. My cousin’s used a very well known company for their mother’s headstone and had trouble all the way. If you want perfection, these are the one to use.

My memorial was delivered and fixed into place last week and having witnessed it in person it is amazing, everything myself and the family wished for and more. Even during a global pandemic it was delivered promptly without any unnecessary delays. Would highly recommend.
