Payment Plans

Our standard payment schedule involves three instalments, each requested at key stages of the order and typically due within short timeframes. In many cases, the first two payments – covering most of the memorial and cemetery fees – fall within the first month. For families who wish to choose a more personalised or premium design, taking time to save in advance can offer the most freedom and the least pressure during the ordering process.

For those who would benefit from spreading costs more gradually, we also offer two payment plan options on a small selection of memorials. These plans apply only to a limited range of designs, but they provide a structured way to manage payments while still allowing the memorial to be arranged with care and confidence. These plans do come with a few conditions, and some exclusions apply.
