GHS422 Thick Pitched Traditional Headstone Polished & Pitched Light Grey Granite
This extra-thick 5" light grey granite headstone has a classic shape, with a unique touch thanks to the pitched edges. With a large inscription panel you can add a detailed tribute to your loved one, and there is an additional panel at the base.
As standard all of our memorials include:

We can assist with all aspects of your order; from liaising with the cemetery, choosing the right memorial and inscription, adding bespoke etchings, memorial photoplaques and other grave decorations.

Lettering: The first 80 letters is free. Each letter/character beyond that (cut & gold leaf or painted black/silver/white) costs £1.95 on a new memorial in Granite, Marble, Portland Stone or Nabresina. Contact us for a quote if you require lead lettering. If you wish to add lettering to an existing memorial this needs to be quoted for on a case by case basis. Burial Ground Fee: These are the fees charged by cemeteries and crematoria. They are not a standard price but if you contact us with the grave location details we will be able to find out for you. Or, if you prefer, you could call the cemetery or crematoria directly for this information.
We deliver & fix in all areas of mainland UK (excl. N. Ireland).
Delivery is included in the cost of your memorial except where the delivery address is more than 100 miles from our Dunstable workshop and the basic memorial price is under £1200, in which case a charge of £120 will be added.
If your burial site is abroad we can prepare your memorial for export. Please contact us for further details and a quote.

We can not recommend Memorials of Distinction highly enough. As a family we wanted to order two memorials for two cemetery family plots, this could have been very stressful. From the moment of making the initial phone call to book an appointment at the Dunstable branch to completion of the memorials, the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful with a good knowledge to advise on how the end product would look. This was all during the COVID pandemic and although there was a delay at the docks on the material being delivered we were constantly kept updated with the progress.
